Mindful Living Workshop
Facilitators: Su Abhyankar and Beth Stipher
Cost: $150
If you are interested in living a more fulfilling and content life, come join us for this workshop to explore life's challenges that hold us back.
We will use creative action therapies which involve movement, breath and the body. Psychodrama is one of these experiential action therapies, which allows, through role play, to process unresolved issues from the past, explore current confusions or "stuckness" and help manage anxiety about the future. Experiential exercises using art, breathwork and guided imagery will help to ground, self-soothe and build self-compassion which is essential for our overall well being.
Elizabeth Stipher will offer multiple coaching tips and tools to help you apply what you have learned to your daily life.

Experiencing traumatic events as a child can leave a lasting impact on one’s ability to achieve happiness as an adult. We then make poor choices as adults that recreate the pain, grief and loneliness we experienced as a child.
If this sounds familiar, you are invited to participate in the Understanding Trauma Group.
In this group you will:
Learn about the impact of trauma on your physical, cognitive, and emotional processing system.
Its impact on your self worth, decision making and relationships.
Ways to break negative patterns, develop insight and learn the tools to communicate effectively.
Use critical thinking skills and choose wisely.
Practice self care and thereby enhance quality of life.
