Breaking Through Barriers: Unblocking Your Potential with Psychodrama A Workshop for Women
Sept 12-15, 2024 (Thursday afternoon - Sunday morning) Private Residence - Mission Viejo, CA In this three-day workshop you will discover how to break negative patterns, develop insight and identify the barriers that have been holding you back from realizing your true potential using the experiential therapy of psychodrama.
Psychodrama involves acting out real-life situations or personal issues to gain insight, explore emotions, and work through challenges. Rather than just talking about issues, psychodrama uses the whole body by role-playing in a supportive group setting. Individuals can step into different roles, share their experiences, and gain new perspectives on their own lives. By physically and emotionally engaging in scenarios, participants have the opportunity to understand themselves better through fresh understanding of past experiences. Psychodrama uses the power of drama and storytelling to promote personal growth, healing, and positive change.
COST/DETAILS - Early bird registration $1450 (deadline August 1st) - $1500 after August 1st - Meals included (Fri dinner on own) - Rooms available at residence $300-$450 (total for 3 nights) - Limited to a maximum of 12 attendees
